Return Policy

Our policy lasts for 14 days. The first day begins on the day of receipt of the goods. If 14 days have passed since you received the goods, we cannot refund or exchange your product.

If you are not satisfied with the product received, you can request a return form from customer service. Always provide your order number! You can do this by sending an email to the following email address: prestige-melbourne@outlook.com.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order still contains all matching parts and components, and the packaging is exactly as the product arrived.
  2. Normal handling of the product is evident; breakages due to improper handling are excluded.
  3. Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before return. Bikinis, lingerie, underwear, and socks cannot be returned.
  4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs. Prestige Melbourne is not responsible for return shipping costs.
  6. A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

*We reserve the right to reject returned goods if we suspect that the goods have been used or damaged without our fault.

How can I return my order? If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to initiate the return process: Send an email to: prestige-melbourne@outlook.com.

  • Make sure the email includes the following:
  1. Order number
  2. Reason for the return request
  3. Photo of the product in case of breakage
  4. First and last name of the customer
  5. Customer address

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address. Never return to the sender; we will provide you with the correct address after you ask us. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs of the product.

**ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR WAREHOUSE IN CHINA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
